Before you even begin exercising, your personal trainer will conduct a fitness assessment. In the assessment you’ll discuss your general fitness level, nutrition habits and your goals with your personal trainer. Before your assessment, be sure to really think about what your goals are: how much weight you want to lose, any parts of the body you want to focus on toning, a healthier lifestyle, etc.
Customize Workout & Nutrition Plan
After understanding your goals and becoming familiar with your current fitness level, your personal trainer will customize a workout and nutrition plan to meet your individual needs.
For your customized workout plan, your trainer will choose which workouts are best from a variety of exercises: strength training, dynamic warm up, myofascial release, etc. Our trainers are experts, so they’ll be able to customize a plan that takes into account any pain you may be experiencing as well as which parts of the body you would like to tone.
In addition to a customized workout plan, your trainer will also help guide you on a path to healthier eating. Based on your goals, your personal trainer will discuss foods you should consume as well as food to steer clear of while you’re on your path to a healthier you.
After completing your customized workout and nutrition plan, it’s time to work out (depending on your health and fitness level, you may or may not work out at your first session). Don’t worry – your personal trainer will be there every step of the way from explaining and demonstrating how exercises are done to ensuring you have perfect form.
