Monday – Thursday:
5 AM – 8 PM
Friday:
5 AM – 7 PM
Saturday:
7 AM – 2 PM
Sunday
8 AM – 1 PM
All group training workouts are followed by optional (but highly recommended) high intensity cardio intervals. Intervals begin immediately following your resistance training workout, and will last approximately 15-20 minutes.
*Group Clients can train during any of the Group Training Hours. No appointment needed. Just show-up and there will be a trainer there to assist you.
* Kids Fitness and Strength meets Monday-Friday 4:30 – 5:30 P.M. during the school year and 10:30 – 11:30 AM. during the Summer. More information here…
