Implementing the science of increased resting metabolism and functional strength
In a nutshell, you’ll work one on one with a Plunkett Fitness trainer. First, we schedule a complete fitness assessment. We’ll discuss your personal goals, determine your general fitness level, and your nutrition habits. Once we’ve completed the assessment, we’ll map out a custom workout and nutrition plan.
Your workout will include self myo-fascial release, dynamic warm up, and strength training. Since each client’s plan is customized, your individual workout may not be the same as another client’s workout. It might be targeted at that nagging knee or back pain you have, or it may be targeted at gaining strength or adding muscle, while burning fat. All programs are designed to achieve maximum results based on YOUR goals. If you are serious about setting a goal – no matter what kind – and then smashing it, we are here to help you do it.
