Established in 2009, Plunkett Fitness opened the doors of our own 4,000 square foot facility in January 2012. Inside you’ll find one large room for our group training programs, and another for our personal training programs. Our South Overland Park gym is outfitted with today’s top-of-the-line strength training equipment. From our eleven squat racks to more than 4 tons of free weights, you’ll find everything you need to meet your goals, and more.
Why so many weights? Because strength training is one of the cornerstones of all of our programs. Add nutrition to the equation, and you’ll end up with the results you’re looking for. Our mission is to provide lasting results to every client, through education, persistence, and hard work.
