Monday – Thursday:
5 AM – 12 PM & 3 PM – 7 PM
Friday:
5 AM – 12 PM
Saturday:
9 AM – 1 PM
Sunday
10 AM – 1 PM
All group training workouts are followed by optional (but highly recommended) high intensity cardio intervals. Intervals begin immediately following your resistance training workout, and will last approximately 15-20 minutes.
*Group Clients can train during any of the Group Training Hours. No appointment needed. Just show up and there will be a trainer there to assist you.
* Kids Fitness and Strength meets Monday-Thursday 4:30 – 5:30 P.M. during the school year and 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM during the Summer. More information here…
