Semi Private Training

“Small Team, Big Results”

Individualized strength training programs in a smaller group, with a TEAM atmosphere. Have more fun and pay less with our SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING.   Current Semi Private training meets at 5:00 AM Tuesday and Thursday, and 6:00 PM Monday and Wednesday.  Your custom training plan is written for up to five training days, and you’ll have unlimited access to the gym during our regular business hours.  All programming is based off of YOUR strengths and/or weaknesses.
