We cater workouts to gaining strength, adding muscle, burning fat, or any combination of these. Each personal training session with us will get you one step closer to your end goal.

The personal trainers at Plunkett Fitness have both experience and certifications to back-up their knowledge of fitness and nutrition, and they are here to help motivate you to work hard for the results you want to see. What’s the Deal?

These Group Fitness sessions aren’t like any other fitness class. Instead of doing the same workout as the rest of the group, you still get individualized workouts tailored specifically for your needs, much like you would with our individual training. The benefit to these group sessions is that you have other people to help keep you motivated throughout the process.

The program runs for 3 months (5/27 through 8/16). The only requirement is that you show your current college ID on first-arrival.

We have two payment options below:

  • Monthly billing – pay $129.99/month for 3 months
    • This is nearly a 30% discount – it’s normally $179.99/month!
  • Pay in full – only $299!
